What’s the story?


Over the last five years, I’ve coached entrepreneurs, business executives, and their teams, sharing the learnings from my 30 years of entrepreneurial experience. Some clients paid up to €7500 for a one-day workshop, and the five-star reviews led to repeated invitations. But 1-to-1 mentoring and workshops don’t scale, especially when many people just need the basics.

So I thought: What if I automate the educational journey, so entrepreneurs and executives can self-educate to a point where further coaching and workshops provide more value for everyone?

NeverSettle Academy was my experiment: a digital, online academy with my frameworks as video courses.

The feedback was positive—but when I tested various messaging angles, packages, and price points, the data showed that selling these video courses wasn’t the right path.

That’s how most ideas go: they seem great in our heads, but only the market’s wallets can confirm whether an idea will commercially succeed—and 85% of ideas don’t.

In the end, about 100,000 people visited the site, thousands liked and commented, but the sales did not cover the costs. Still, I learned a lot recording the courses, building the website, running campaigns, and supporting the paying customers. Overall, it was a fun, relatively low-cost experiment (thanks to an existing hosting platform and my own free time), and now I have two video frameworks online—free for anyone to learn from.
